During our stay at a hotel in Tokyo, we encountered a minor issue with our room. However, the hotel staff at Shiba Park Hotel quickly and efficiently resolved the problem, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a long day of exploring. Located in a convenient area with easy access to the metro and a wide selection of restaurants, the hotel's location made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel were impressive. The breakfast options were diverse, offering both Western and Japanese cuisines, allowing us to experience the local flavors. We had a truly pleasant experience at Shiba Park Hotel and would highly recommend it to others visiting Tokyo. our stay was exceptional and left us with fond memories of our time in the city.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Daimon station with direct train access to/from Narita and Haneda airports. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is also close to Shiba Park, where you can enjoy breakfast and see the illuminated Tokyo Tower in the evening. The triple room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family or group of friends.

We had a great experience staying at this place. We loved that it was located in a quiet business area, yet still had plenty of good places to eat nearby. The hotel was in a very good area and the staff at the reception desk provided us with great services. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for staying connected. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

My room was on a renovated floor and it was gorgeous. The hotel had great restaurants and was conveniently surrounded by food places and mini marts. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Shiba Park.

During my stay, I found the hotel's location perfect for tourists, with easy access to transport and convenience stores. The bustling mix of business and residential areas gave the hotel a lively feel. The staff were exceptional, going the extra mile to help with queries and even welcoming us with origami. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Facilities included a heated mirror and a functioning fan in the bathroom.

One minor drawback was the poor Wi-Fi signal and weak connection.

As a family of five, we were pleased with the spaciousness of the deluxe double room at Shiba Park. The comfortable bed and spotless bathroom were delightful. The refurbished room for three had its own unique charm with built-in bunk beds and a cozy lounge area. The hotel's eclectic book collection and inviting reading nooks added to its elegant bookworm vibe. The nearby Tokyo Tower was a bonus for evening strolls.

We loved the central location of this venue! It was just a quick 3 minute walk to the Daimon subway entrance, yet it was in a quiet area with no street noise. There was a nearby 7 Eleven store as well as the metro line, which made it easy to get around. The staff at the reception desk were exceptional and provided great services, from welcoming drinks to excellent restaurant recommendations. The room amenities were impressive and included an electric kettle, bathtub, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the massage and jacuzzi.
